An NFL Referee throws a cheap shot on Rams halfback Kenneth Darby. For the record, this is from Week 16 of the 2008 season, I've just had it sitting on my DVR and haven't gotten around to putting it on youtube until just now.

Shuta Multimedia Vlog Episode 33: Better Safe Than Sorry
Related Links: www.nfl.com msn.foxsports.com www.shuta.com http www.baseandsystemservices.com http In this episode, I discuss the NFL's new, tough stance on helmet to helmet contact. In my opinion, this new "tougher stance" does much to make everyone feel better about a dangerous sport--and little beyond that. The big hits are still going to happen, and inches separate a clean hit from a dirty one. At the speed of NFL football, injuries are still bound to happen. If we are not willing to accept this as a fact of the game, then we must change the game to reduce the risk. A few possible changes are suggested in the video. I also briefly discuss Brett Favre's crotch, and Ben Roethlisberger 's return in the context of a piece written by Jason Whitlock of Fox Sports.
